At Mantra Yoga we wish to take the student into the heart of yoga. In keeping with the yogic tradition we use methods & practices such as Asana (Postures), Pranayama (Breathing techniques), Pratyahara (Turning the senses inward), Dharana (Concentration)& Dhyana (Meditation). Mantra Yoga also offers regular workshops, courses, intensives & retreats that focus on practices such as chanting, yoga nidra, pranayama, meditation & mantra repetition.
